3.1 Age Requirement. The gt999 platform is strictly intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older. It is a violation of these Terms & Conditions for any person under the age of 21 to register an account or use the platform in any capacity. gt999 employs age verification procedures and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any player at any time.
3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. Players are solely responsible for determining whether online gaming is lawful in their jurisdiction prior to registering. gt999 does not warrant that access to the platform is legal in all countries. Players accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction do so at their own risk and in breach of these terms.
3.3 One Account Per Player. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) gt999 account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. gt999 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to confiscate any funds associated with them.
3.4 Accurate Information. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and current. Players are responsible for keeping their account details up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a material breach of these terms.
3.5 Verification. gt999 may at any time request documentary evidence to verify a player's identity, age, address, or payment method. Such documents may include a valid CNIC, passport, utility bill, or bank statement. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by gt999 may result in account restriction or closure.
Age Restriction: Players under 21 years of age are strictly prohibited from registering or using the gt999 platform. gt999 takes underage gambling seriously and will permanently close any account found to be held by a person under the minimum age requirement.
4.1 Account Security. Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their gt999 login credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. gt999 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to an account where such access resulted from a player's failure to secure their login details.
4.2 Notification of Breach. Players must notify gt999 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of their account. Notification should be made via the gt999 live chat support channel. gt999 will take reasonable steps to secure the account upon verified notification.
4.3 Account Activity. All bets and transactions placed through a player's account are the sole responsibility of that player. gt999 will not reverse bets placed by a third party who has accessed an account with the player's credentials.
4.4 Inactive Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. gt999 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee of PKR 100 to dormant accounts, deducted from any remaining real-money balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Players will be notified by SMS before inactivity fees commence.
5.1 Accepted Methods. gt999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and USDT. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) except USDT transactions, which are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. gt999 reserves the right to amend minimum and maximum deposit thresholds at any time, with changes reflected in the cashier section of the platform.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within five (5) minutes for verified accounts using JazzCash or EasyPaisa. Bank transfers via HBL or UBL may take up to one (1) business day. Processing times may be extended where KYC verification is outstanding or where a transaction is flagged for security review.
5.4 Withdrawal Verification. All withdrawals require that the player's account has completed the applicable KYC verification process. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used for a deposit on the same account, unless otherwise authorised by gt999's compliance team.
5.5 No Money Laundering. Players may not use the gt999 platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime. gt999 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to the appropriate authorities. Accounts suspected of financial crime will be frozen pending investigation, and associated funds may be withheld indefinitely.
5.6 Chargebacks. Players agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment reversals in respect of any gt999 transaction. Any player who initiates a chargeback will have their account immediately suspended, and gt999 reserves the right to recover any amounts subject to a chargeback through alternative means.
6.1 General Conditions. All gt999 bonuses and promotional offers are subject to individual terms disclosed at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution percentages, and expiry dates. These individual bonus terms form part of this agreement.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to a gt999 account must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable bonus terms before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Real-money funds deposited by the player are used first; bonus funds are used once the real-money balance is exhausted.
6.3 Abuse of Promotions. gt999 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonus funds where there is evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine play, and exploiting technical errors in bonus crediting.
6.4 Promotional Changes. gt999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to a player's account at the time of withdrawal will be honoured subject to their individual terms.

7.1 Bet Acceptance. gt999 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed after a sporting event has concluded, bets placed on markets with manifest pricing errors, and bets that exceed a player's account limits.
7.2 Obvious Errors. In the event that a bet is accepted due to an obvious error in odds or game parameters, gt999 reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake to the player's account. A bet placed at manifestly incorrect odds — including odds that are significantly out of line with prevailing market prices — may be settled at the correct odds at gt999's discretion.
7.3 Result Settlement. Sports betting markets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. Casino and slot game results are determined by certified random number generation. gt999's decision on the settlement of any wager is final, subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 12.
7.4 Disconnections. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino or slot game session, the game will resume from the point of interruption where technically possible. gt999 is not liable for losses incurred solely as a result of a player's internet connection failure.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gt999 platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any account balance:

All content on the gt999 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game logic, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, audio, and video — is the exclusive intellectual property of gt999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the gt999 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to reproducing, distributing, modifying, creating derivative works from, publicly displaying, or in any other way commercially exploiting any content on the platform.
Any unauthorised use of gt999 intellectual property may result in account suspension and may expose the infringing party to civil and criminal liability.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gt999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to a player's use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
11.2 gt999 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
11.3 gt999's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their gt999 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Nothing in these terms limits gt999's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12.1 Internal Complaints. Any player who wishes to raise a complaint regarding the gt999 platform should contact the support team in the first instance via the live chat facility. The support team will acknowledge the complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within five (5) business days.
12.2 Escalation. If a player is not satisfied with the outcome of the initial support response, the matter may be escalated by submitting a written complaint to support at gt999.bar. Escalated complaints will be reviewed by a senior member of the gt999 compliance team within ten (10) business days.
12.3 Final Decision. The decision of the gt999 compliance team on any dispute is final and binding on both parties, subject only to the governing law provisions set out in Section 14.
12.4 Bet Disputes. Any dispute regarding the settlement of a bet must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the relevant event result being confirmed. gt999 will not consider disputes raised after this window has elapsed.
gt999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — including changes to withdrawal policies, fee structures, or player obligations — gt999 will notify registered players via SMS to their registered mobile number at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.
Non-material changes, such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to contact details, may be made without advance notice. The effective date displayed at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision.
Continued use of the gt999 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. Players who do not accept the revised terms must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting the support team.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations applicable to the jurisdiction in which gt999 is licensed to operate. Nothing in these terms is intended to, nor shall it be construed to, exclude or limit any rights that players may have under mandatory consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded by agreement.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process outlined in Section 12 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the jurisdiction in which gt999 holds its operating licence.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the agreement, which shall continue in full force and effect.
